The Office of State Intelligence is organized into three primary offices, each responsible for a distinct domain of the agency's mission.

Office of the Director
The Office of the Director serves as the executive leadership of the Office of State Intelligence. It is responsible for setting the agency's strategic vision, advising the Governor and senior state officials on intelligence matters, and ensuring the coordination of all intelligence, security, and investigative activities across the Office. The Director oversees operational priorities, resource management, and interagency partnerships to safeguard the State's interests.

OOC
Office of Oversight & Compliance
The Office of Oversight and Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all intelligence and investigative activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Office manages internal reviews, audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to promote accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the agency. The Office advises agency leadership on governance and risk management matters.

OCA
Office of Cyber Affairs
The Office of Cyber Affairs oversees cyber intelligence, digital security, and technology-related threat analysis. The Office is responsible for monitoring cyber threats, supporting incident response, and strengthening the agency's capabilities in cybersecurity and digital investigations. The Office provides strategic guidance on emerging technologies and cyber risk to protect the State's information systems, and serves as the engineering authority behind the ATLAS intelligence network.
