When you submit an MSF-24 application, we collect the information you provide including your Roblox username, Roblox user ID, Discord user ID, time zone, and employment history. This information is used solely to process your security clearance application. No real-world personal data is required.

Information submitted through this site is used exclusively for the administration of security clearances and intelligence operations within the State of Mayflower roleplay community. Your data is not sold, shared with third parties outside the community, or used for any commercial purpose.

The Atlas portal uses Discord OAuth for authentication. We receive your Discord user ID and username when you log in. We do not store your Discord password or access your private messages. Roblox account linking is used to verify your in-game identity.

Application data and records are retained for the operational purposes of the Office of State Intelligence within the roleplay community. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us through the official OSI Discord server.

This platform is operated as part of a Roblox roleplay community (State of Mayflower / Union of Columbia). It is not affiliated with any real government. All references to laws, agencies, and personnel are fictional. No sensitive real-world personal information is required to use this service.
